Five-0 Lite
This privacy policy applies to the Five-0 app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by SavvyFixes (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Service Provider does not personally collect, store, or share any user data. The Application does not require user registration or account creation.
To provide its services, the Application utilizes Google AdMob, which may automatically collect certain information to serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements. This information may include:
The Service Provider does not gather precise GPS location data or use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data. Any data used for the "Five-0" game logic is retrieved from a read-only cloud database and is not transmitted back to the Service Provider.
The Service Provider does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. The Application utilizes Google AdMob to provide advertisements. Data is handled according to Google’s privacy practices. You can review their policy here:
Legal Disclosure: The Service Provider will only disclose automatically collected information if required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or when necessary to protect the rights and safety of users or investigate fraud.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.
The Service Provider does not collect or retain any personal "User Provided Data" (such as names, emails, or accounts). Technical data automatically collected by AdMob is retained according to their own privacy policies.
Your Data Rights: If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights under the GDPR. Please contact the Service Provider at savvyfixes@gmail.com to exercise these rights.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If the Service Provider discovers that any technical data from a child under 13 has been inadvertently processed, it will be handled according to AdMob's privacy practices. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information processed and maintained.
