This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile applications (the "Applications") created by SavvyFixes (the "Service Provider"). Our apps are designed to provide utility and information with a focus on user privacy.

Data Collection and Use

The Applications do not personally collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII). There is no requirement for user registration or account creation.

• Update Verification: The Applications perform a simple check with a read-only cloud database to verify the current version number and any mandatory update messages. This ensures you are using the most secure and up-to-date version of the service.
• Local Assets & Data: Information regarding locations, maps, and audio files (such as bell sounds) is coded directly into the app; this is local and is updated via standard app updates. Where property images are shown, these are received read-only from the National Trust website.
• Local Storage: Your personal checklists, "visited" markers, and app settings are saved directly on your device. We have no access to this data.

Third-Party Access

We do not sell, trade, or transfer any information to outside parties. Because we do not collect user data, there is no data to share. These specific applications are ad-free and do not contain third-party marketing SDKs.

Children’s Privacy

Our Applications do not address anyone under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect any information from children. Since no data is collected from any user, parents can be assured that no personal information is being harvested.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
